Kelly who is currently in Beijing for movie filming was still uncertain if she could spend the Mooncake Festival back in HK. Another series of ad for Maxim's Mooncake will be screened shortly to promote the ice-skin mooncakes.
She would have 3 different images including a biker, fairy and athlete to promote 3 different flavours of the ice-skin mooncakes. The art direction was done by Yee Chung Man to give the ad a stylish look.
Kelly appears as a moon fairy in the ad and the director had wanted her to sit on the swing going up and down. Kelly said that she was like going back to her childhood days. She had to swing for at least 100 times but she did not feel giddy doing so. Instead, she felt that it was fun as it kept her entertained during work.
Kelly likes to eat moon cakes and she managed to finish up 2 boxes of them with her assistant while filming the ad. Kelly feels that eating ice-skin mooncakes is like having desserts and they should be made available even it is not the Mooncake Festival.
